Return Policy

At Vintage Thrift, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service at vintagethrift.onlinee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 8 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 8 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates and undergarments
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
